Default Sleeve or not?

I have a 2000 civic si with a stock b16a2.
Ive purchased manley rods, je pistons, a cometic headgasket kit, acl rod bearings, and arp head studs.
I have a garret gt28rs ready to slap on. My goal is 350whp with room for improvement later when i get some money to build up my head.
Is this set up fine for stock sleeves or no?

Im sure there are going to be a lot of different opinions about building motors.. On my two past turbo projects Ive never built the motor. All I did was new belts, water pump, head studs and head gasket. There were both single cams. My CRX made 270hp on a gt25 and my hatch made 310 on a gt28.. In my opinion and this is me alone if you are tuned correctly these motors can withstand some abuse. So I would say no on sleeving the block. Just make sure you get tuned properly and by someone reliable. Both my cars were tuned by Evans Tuning in PA...

You still don't give all the needed info. Are you running an overbore? If not then no need to sleeve.

For 350hp, no sleeves are not needed. The stock sleeves have been known to handle around 500hp with no issues at all.

If you are looking for room to improve in the future, I would do it.

Do you want to make 350whp? Or go fast? The two goals are not completely correlated.

A 400whp car will get smoked by a properly done 300whp Civic. Going fast is a lot more complicated than being a dyno queen.

Then you don't need sleeving.
