anybody know what this is on back of gsr block

i pulled my motor to be swap and it seems like its a fitting. anybody help me out would rather fix it while the motor is out.

It's a plugged oil pressure sensor port. That hump below it is the main oil passage that feeds the mains and head.

^ what they said. It also looks like you forgot to bolt up your axle carrier.
