My lower bumper cover on my 94 RS is dragging I've noticed this before but haven't drove the car in a while so it didnt bother me now i am strating to work on it and fixing minor stuff first so i got underneath the car and saw some genius removed the bolts for the lower cover my question is what bolts can i get to fix this what size bolt and washer i don't feel like going to the acura dealership for 2 bolts and paying 10 dollars they quoted me over 18 dollars to replace all my caps on the valve cover

 

You can get better prices on oemacuraparts.com or acuraoemparts.com, or if you can figure out what size bolt/screws you need, just get some bolts at the hardware store that are treated for outdoor use.
