Default Z6 Build, Need Advice

I'm putting together a D16Z6 for next year. So far I have Vitara pistons .5 over, Eagle rods, Supertech valves and valve springs and ACL bearings. I have a big 16g Mitsu turbo (TD05), 450cc blue top Mitsu injectors and a Walbro 255 fuel pump. Also, a Fidanza 7lb flywheel, 2.5 inch down pipe mated to a 3 inch exhaust. Everything not listed is stock (or at least assume stock for this thread). Plan on getting it tuned by Slow Motion Motorsports in Columbus, OH on an S300.

My questions are...
1) What is the absolute max power limit for this set up?
2) Will I be able to reach 300hp (not whp) with this set up and, if so, what PSI will I need to run?
3) Would a block guard be a good investment?

If anyone has any suggestions for what I can improve or anything, feel free.

Also, I want this to be as reliable as possible.

1-Didn't you think about that when you chose the turbo? I've read that will support over 300HP. You should do a Google search. BTW, A 16g isn't really that big.
2-That will be determined by the tuner on the dyno.
3-No.

Get a catchcan setup. Upgrade the clutch, not just the flywheel. Get some gauges to monitor your engine.

I did think about my power goal. Everything I could find on google took me to a DSM site and I wasn't sure if having a smaller 1.6L engine would make a difference. I used to have a 14b and I knew I wanted something bigger. My friend has a 20g on his Sunfire (that's right, Pontiac) and I thought it was going to be a little big for me. I have a new clutch and AEM gauges (boost, air/fuel).

What clutch do you have? You would of been much better off with a Pt61... your going to be maxing out that 16g

Your going to have like 7.5:1 compression with eagle rods.. I would of gone with FJD rods

One of those F1 racing stage 4 (sprung) ones from ebay. What all can I do to raise compression? Thinner head gasket, plane the head... other stuff?

Um. Do some more research. You don't want to raise compression with a turbo build.

I'm only going to have 7.5 compression, so I do want to raise it. Using the zealworks compression calculator, it seems if I use a y8 headgasket and deck/mill at least .04 inch, it'll bring me up to about 8.14. Question is now, is it possible to shave off .04 inch off combined head/block?

get rid of the fidazana flywheel 7lb get a 12lb flywheel.
change the h beams to FJ- I beams customs bumps comp into the 8's
16 gs will max out around 325hp (psi will be determined on tune and other variables)
what are you tuning with?
forget the block guard and invest in a Christmas gift

^^ Yes. The lightest flywheel doesn't necessarily equate to more power.

I'm a big fan of the 7lb flywheel. It's what I was running with boost before and it worked out great. It's going to be tuned on an S300.

Maybe I'll get more interest if I say that I'm putting this in a 97 Integra GS?

Then you'll get your post moved into a forum with even LESS activity.

You're not breaking any new ground with this inquiry. There's a whole Forced Induction forum with more than a decade of turbo builds. There is absolutely NO reason you should be here asking for opinions. When I put together this meager build of mine I didn't have to ask a single question because I found all the info I need right here and various other places on the net.
