Default Help! B18B flooding with Gas.

Im trying to finish this car but im having problems.

1991 EF SI with B18B engine
Using OEM EF SI Engine Harness and resistor box, Skunk2 intake Manifold, OBD0 Throttle, OBD0 Dizzy
Injectors are OBD0
PR4 ECU

NO Cel Codes

Motor is basically brand new (B18B).
Bored to 81.5mm (PR3) with fresh hone
P2W Clearance set at .0025
Block,pistons and crank was fully cleaned..Crank micropolished.
Block was assembled by machine shop with precision instruments..All bearing clearances and torque specifications by the book (Or arp specs for those bolts used from ARP) Engine spins beautifully.

Head fully done in the machine shop---> Cleaned, new valve seals, 3 angle valve job, valves seated etc etc..

Everything was checked to be straight and decked.

Here's the problem.....

I noticed car spits oil" or "oily & Gas" mixture from the exhaust..Its black, not very slipery like oil but i know its not coolant..

Initial startup the car smokes a lot... Seems grayish and smells like gas...Its ALOT of smoke

Already checked injectors wiring, Injectors, fuel pump, resistor Box, changed the Fuel Pressure regulator, Tried different Map sensors, adjusted valve lash, changed spark plug wires & Spark plugs (They get fully black), Distributor, also checked all the vaccum lines and nothing...

I drained the oil (new oil and less than 3 miles on it) and it smells like gas..

What the hell is wrong?
Im begining to thing maybe its related tomachine shop work in the head? Maybe a bad Valve Guide?
It seems that the spitting of oit thru the exhaust is coming from Cylinder 1 but i will pull the header out to re check...

Compression test resultswith engine Cold)
Cyl 1--> 200 PSI
Cyl 2---> 215 PSI
Cyl 3--->215 PSI
Cyl 4--->215 PSI

Well from the rusults of the compression test it seems like the oil is in all your cylinders. If the smoke is blueish white, then yes you are burning oil. I would say the valve seals, replace them. I highly doubt it's the guides themselves.

But if you believe it is fuel, try cranking it for a couple minutes with the gas pedal fulled pressed, the ecu will realize this and kill the injectors, and after a few minutes all the fuel and vapors will be out of the cylinders.

What makes you get to that conclusion?

Because normal numbers are around 180, and oil added to the cylinders increases the compression.

Normal numbers dont work for this engine...
The engine has PR3 (B16) pistons not OEM Pr4 pistons..

Compression on this engine with these pistons should be around 11.2:1

I think i found the problem.... it has OBD1 injectors and the resistor box is hooked up (needed with the obd0 ecu)...
I gotta find a set of OBD0 injectors and test it out.

Or you can buy a set of dsm 450cc injectors off me... Plug and play if you already have the resister box in.

stock ECU wont run 450cc's and customer doesnt want to spend alot more money into a Programable ECU.

Just get an AFPR and lower the pressure, it'll be fine haha
