Any idea what these wires are? PICS INSIDE
I'm in the process of putting a stereo and door speakers in my '95 Civic Coupe. These wires have been hanging below the dash on the passenger side kick panel since day-one when I bought the car from a friend. I have no idea where they go and I'm not looking to "find" something to plug them into, I'm just curious to know what they're for.
Anyone...?

They are service connectors. The 2-pin plug is what you jump (paper clip) to put your ECU into diagnostic mode. This will start your Check Engine Light (CEL) flashing if your computer has any stored error codes in it. I don't know what the other one is for. It's supposed to have a green rubber boot that they both plug into when not being used. I've never seen them with the green wire covers like yours before.
