Default Rev Hard Turo Kit, boost controller Civic Si

Hello, new guy here. I bought an 02 Civic Si a few months ago. Haved owned mostly american sports cars, these things are new to me. Can't believe I didn't buy one sooner after driving this one.

Anyhow, the can ran ok, but whoever did the initial turbo install half-a$$ed everything. I ended up ripping the engine and trans out after realizing how bad the corners were cut on the turbo kit. The Tial wastegate has a 10lb spring in it, but after hooking up a boost gauge today, the car was only putting down 5lbs. This is with running no boost controller. All pipes are tight and no exhaust leaks. One problem I believe is I hooked the vacuum hoses back up the way I found them, which are hooked up wrong.

I'm hooking up a Greddy Boost Controller tomorrow. Here's what I have:

-Pressure line off turbo housing capped off
-Pressure line from intake manifold teeing off to side of wastegate and boost solenoid
-Pressure line from boost solenoid to bottom of wastegate

Is this correct?
