Post not being able to rev pass 3500

ok i got a ed6 91 ls turbo charged my problem is when the car was ready to be truned on i had a ls ecu and if i tryed to keep it at a steady idle lets say (1500rpm 2700rpm 3500rpms) it would idle as if i had a 2step not allowing me to rev freely. Ok so now i ran a po5 just to see if it was my ecu and the po5 doesnt rev pass 3500????? HELP

Are you building boost at that point? What did you do for your MAP sensor?

How did you install the check valves? In a "T" fashion, or inline? Almost sounds like you either have the TPS and MAP wiring switched or you installed the check valves wrong... Also - your wording/description is rather horrid.

Lol I guess you have to write as if you were writing an essay for a college final or maybe people are just slow. But anyways yes I know how to install check valves.
