me and my friend finally got his turboed gsr running on boost after we fixed a problem with his wg. now it runs great and that thing is pretty fast. the only problem is that his CEL come on when he's boosting. right now we're running a vortech fmu and 2 check valves right before the map sensor. originally he was running the same 2 check valves but he has them running parallel on both sides of the map sensor. i thought it was kinda useless to have one coming after the map sensor, so i switched them around so the 2 come before the map sensor. i highly doubt that having the 2 is causing the CEL and i'm thinkin maybe we need more. any one have any suggestion to help? beside get a missing link i mean. thanks alot

Keep adding check valves until it goes away or buy an electronic MAP limiter from me for $20 (or build your own see below).

Try a couple of more check vavles. With 2 check valves the map is reading some boost.

That should work, get some tetra check valves. $1.25 at your local pet store.
