Default JDM GSR problems

hello everyone,
i have been out the game for a while now and i just recently picked up a DC2 with a jdm gsr swap. however, the car takes a super long time to warm up and it feels like vtec never engages at any rpm. it has an even pickup but top end power feels the same as low end. any help or suggestions on the problem?

for the warming up problem, you prolly just need to replace your thermostat. They are cheap and easy to do so.

with the vtec, you will know if your not going into vtec.... your car will feel way different. do you here your crossover at all?

thermostat could be the cause of both. vtec won't engage when the car is cold.

Change your thermostat and then come back and let us know if that fixed the problem.
