I have been having an issue with my idle rev.

I have turned the idle screw till it won't turn anymore. Plus I have checked if the acceleration cable was stuck but it is normal there.

is there something I might be missing here?

You sure your thorttle is closed all the way? loosen the cable adjuster and see if the idle drops or you have a serious vac leak.. get a can of brake clean and let it run and spray around where all the intake gaskets are. If the idle drops then you have a leak at that gasket
