Default 96 civic lx maintenance recommendation list when replacing steering rack

Kind of going OCD when it comes to maintenance on my 96 lx. I want to convert the rack to manual and get rid of power steering and not loop it and be ghetto. I also want to replace any parts along the way with new and legit.

TO DO LIST:
96-00 civic cx/dx manual steering rack and pinion
inner/outer oem tie rods
oem upper control arms that come with ball joints
oem lower ball joints
oem ex hubs/knuckle
gsr calipers,rotors
hawk front pads
40/40 valve,gsr booster and cylinder
stainless steel lines

Eventually will rear disc but not important right now.

Stuff already done are
cv shafts, timing belt & water pump, clutch, flywheel, fluids, fuel filter, shifter bushings, air filter, plugs, wires cap rotor, tires.

Basically want to upgrade/freshen up everything around the car while my y7/ex tranny keeps on tickin at 184k+ in which I will swap or put in a built D. Anybody have anything to add to the list while I replace my manual rack?
