So the other day the car turned on i put it in reverse let off the break and the car stalled out i checked for spark its got spark fuel pump primes it cranks but wont start when the key is on im getting 30 psi in the fuel rail im thinking it might be the fuel regulator but dont know how to check if its bad im stuck and dont know where to go from here if someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated also the car has new plugs and wires

 

What color is spark at the plugs?

Check the mechanical timing.

 

Spark is whitish blue im gonna check the timing what else could it be
