Default Idle problems with my DC5 type R

Hi, I have a JDM DC5 type r and it's starting to having problems with idle after driving normally. It's goes from 1000rpm to 2000rpm and keeps doing that till I beat the hell of it, then it stops, but keeps coming back more and more. I know it has something to do with the IACV. What should I do to fix this problem?

I've done all of that and it's worse than before. It does it only when the car is moving and when I have the clutch in. I have sprayed WD40 in it (to lubricate)and I removed the coolant hoses from the throttle body. I also cleaned the throttle body completey. Should that be something wrong?

Well "beating the hell out of it" probably isn't the best thing to do for starters.

Sprayed carb cleaner all over and around it. No leaks.
I think I have to take it off again and reclean it. The only thing I don't understand is that it's doing it only when the car is moving and not when parked.
