Default Idle Problem

Hey. Im having this problem where my car is idling way too low! It sits around 250-300rpm! This is with heater and defrost off. When I turn them on, it goes up to about 450-500rpm!!

Im thinking its the Idle Screw that u can adjust or my throttle body is dirty or clogged up.

any thoughts? car has 266,000km on it.

With that many miles on it, I'd first tackle the task of cleaning the throttle body. Could just be that the Throttle Blade is sticking closed a little too far.. But it does sound like your IAC or ISC or whatever it has on there is working fine..
