D16 or B20?
Ok, im new to the whole Honda thing. I bought a 96 Honda Hatch for $400.00 almost no rust. The guy didn't know what was wrong with it, friends dad is a mechanic so he looked at it and said its getting no compression from 1 and 2 cylinders and that its blown. I've been trying to figure out what i want to do with it whether it be sell it for more than i bought i for or put a motor in it. i have $1500 that i can spend on a motor and that's the route i decided to take. should i stick with a D16 and spend the rest of the money on little repairs, or should i spend it all on a B20 full Swap? Thank for the help!
Im not sure what kind of driving really, the driver window doesnt roll down (needs new motor) other than that just want a new paint job b/c he spray painted it and it looks horrible. its a daily driving car, but i might want to have some fun with it =/ is there anything bad about b20's?

the car wont have that much more resale value, if you in this game to turn a profit, then fix it and sell it.
it will be cheaper to rebuild or replace the single cam then doing a swap. theres single cams all over the place and will drop right in.
