with the car in park I seen the rpms go to 2 then drop to 1 costantly, the car is reving up and down just sittiing there, i hit the brakes hard the car rpms drops to zero then cuts off but if i hit the gas then it doesnt cut off. if i tapon the brakes and coem to a stop it doesn't cut off

 

Maybe a bad tach? Did you get a cel?

whats a bad tach? it surges as soon as I cut the car on

 

The tach is inside the cluster housing and can be swapped out. Over time, the units will fail and can be replaced with a different unit. My speedo went bad and I just got a different speedo and it started working again.

 

I got a new speed sensor two weeks ago problem still happens.. can this be symptoms of a bad ignition module or fuel pressure regulator?
