All this looks like is a list of stuff you want to do to you car. What do you want us to tell you? Do you have a goal in mind? If so what fuel are you planning on run? Is this gonna be a daily driver or weekend/drag car? Be more specific in what you want from us.

Look at my bold area. Holsets are rebuilt with HOLSET parts, not Garrett ones, even on rebuild kits. you were told incorrectly.

Is your HX40 a B85 or E85(not the fuel) series turbocharger?? The B85 is about 66lbs/min while the E85 model is about 68lbs/min at about 130Krpms at over 40lbs of pressure. That's almost what it takes to get to about 700whp. If you're not sure, look at the plate number (hopefully it still has it) and check with a diesel supply dealer or someone that deals with Cummins engines.

it probably is rebuilt with holset parts then i just misunderstood what my buddy said, and as far as the B85 or E85 part goes im not sure ill have to look at it.. idk if this helps but it is 7 blades not 6.. this is going to be a daily driver on the weekdays and racing on the weekends, i just wanted to know wat you guys think of the set up and any advise you had, im not to sure on the fuel pump if i should do a walbro 255 or somethin bigger

That all depends upon the power that you want to acheive. Just stating you plan on doing weekend warrior racing doesn't really give us an impression of what power levels and goals you're trying to achieve. Once we know more about your style of racing and what your goal is, I'm sure you'll get more constructive feedback.

Your going to need alot of traction help for 5 to 7 hundred horsepower. Dont talk in PSI you will get flamed for it.

Your going to need larger then 1200cc injectors.. Why run the exhaust out the hood on a DD? You going to be cleaning the windshield all the time and its going to draw the attention of the cops everytime you hit boost.

The difference between 500 and 700 horses is a lot, so u might wanna be more specific. No 700 at 20+ psi, maybe 35+psi. Those injectors and pump are not gonna be enough either. Nor the turbo i believe.

If this is your 1st turbo build as we believe, better start with achievable goals first. Define what u what. Have u ever had a boosted vehicle?

I doubt that Hondata sucks.. maybe it was the tuner using it that know how to use it? I blame user error.
