a friend of mines ep3 has a click sound when he engages the clutch when shifting. it happens even when the car is off as well as in neutral. has anyone had a similar problem with their ep3 and may know where it may be comming from?

 

Are you referring to the actual pedal clicking? If so, yes that is normal on EP3's... It's common and from what I've been told is not bad for the car.

Now if the tranny or shift is making the clicking sound then I can't help you with that one.

 

what kind of click? is like bad or grinding? or just a normal click cause k-series tranny is tend to make a sound when shifting even if the car is off
