when i bought my last del sol it was complete but with a non running engine.
i paid 700 for it the lady didnt say anything when i registered it.

just went today to registed the 95 sol i bought they were flipping out and tried to tell me that its undervalued or some crap.
i bought it for cheap since it needed few things fixed and i have a garage full of parts for del sol. but they are asking for shop receipts WTF...
i had all the parts to put on there and most of them were purchased through CL or local junk yards so i dont really have much proof.

thats some BS right there.they trying to tax me on the full kbb value of the careven though i didnt pay that much.

just leave and go to another licensing shop...

I believe that they should stop the whole gift thing too. Its ridiculous how many people use it. Every time I sell a car people ask me to check it off as a gift. Last person I even straight up told him no when he asked, and on purpose wrote in the amount he paid on the title.
