so i just finished installing my grant gt wheel in my 91 hatch. everything looks good but the horn doesn't work..... i installed everything correctly except i have one wire coming out of the column and when i touch that to any metal the horn works, but when i attach it to the black wire on the horn cap and press the button, i get nothing..... any ideas on where i messed up? also the horn cap has 2 wires one is yellow and one is black. i have been using the black wire, am i using the wrong one?

I cant tell you how many times I "zapped" myself installing a wheel, disconnect the power unless you want a charge
