Default Momo horn connection

Ok I'm trying to connect all my wires to hook up my new steering wheel. But the Mugen steering wheel by momo's horn button only has one connection on it.

As shown here

Where does the other wire ( black ) connect to? Am I missing something? I have this diagram here but it's in Japanese so that's not happening for me.

Sorry for the noob question & thanks

9 time out of 10 its just a ground wire. so find a groundable location around there and ground it.

OP: Did you ever resolve the issue?
I am in your same *exact* predicament. Same horn button, same wires, no horn.

Please let me know, I tried grounding the black wire and pressing the button but no sound.

Thank you.
