seems like im always havin lil problems, now when i brake its like a squeeking/ rubbing sound, any ideas? i got new brake pads like a month ago so i know that cant be the problem. its a 93 civic cx by the way. any ideas?

 

*** u ***, i didnt ask for you too tell me i messed shiet up, i didnt do my brake pads i have a salvaged title so when i failed inspection the brake inspectors put on new pads for me. so know before you accuse someone of something they did.

 

ok this one is a long shot, but it might apply to you. does the sound come from the front? if so check your dust shield, it may be rubbing on the backside of the rotor, that's what happened to me...otherwise, check your rotors, both sides....if they have nice deep grooves on them it's time for new rotors...that's all I can think of right now...maybe someone else will have a better prognosis

 

yah its coming from the front right side, thanks for the help im gonna check it out.

 

when u change pads u have to resurface the rotors or else its almost guaranteed to sqeak...Take the rotors out and take it to a shop they charge like 5-10 bucks to do both.
