No Spark at all!!!
I have a 96 lx with no starting or fire problems and I did a timing belp, waterpump and headgasket on. I have no spark at all now. I changed distributors, coils and everything. Ive checked ALL and grounds and connections everything is good. I am getting a key ignition hot to the distributor a black and yellow wire I think. I even checked the cam gear to see if it was turning! Everything is TDC and lined up. I just dont know at this point. What else is there? A short mabey?
Ok, a 96 (I think) went to the the sensors in/on the timing gears.....is it possible the sensor got "hit" or something? This would cause the ECU not to know where the crank is and never send the signal to the dist to fire.
PS-Know you might not care but, the boy's flight medical was scheduled for tomorrow in Norfolk....well with the fun we are going to have this weekend (a little hurricane coming thru) it got canceled, so he has to wait another month before taking it.....

start at the harness side of the dist. if you have power there plug the dist to the harness and check the wiring at the ignitor. if you have power then check the coil, test to make sure that the coil is putting out the correct voltage. if so put the dist cap on and then check at each plug. if you have power to all then plug the wires in and check them. etc
