Jumped Timing?
Ok heres the scoop with my 93 hb si. I was driving home last night and JUST as I pulled into my drive way (I was in 3rd) it didnt sputter or anything.. it just lost all power, so I shifted into 2nd, did the same thing, then it stalled.
So I tried starting it, nothing. So I checked the spark, no spark. I figured it was the coil, so I just replaced the dizzy(had another one kicking around). Now it fires.. but it wont start, I check the firing order and I have it correct.
It almost sounds like its jumped timing.. any other ideas?
Thanks In Advance

if you got spark your fine you might have your dizzy completly 180 degrees off
i mean completely upside correct that you will be fine

take the dizzy back out and the pin at end of the dizzy needs to be completed rotated 180 degrees
the pin that goes inside or into the cam.
trust me if it wrong it wont start(pin is the little piece at the end of dizzy which is inserted to go in the cam)

ok well I took the cap off the dizzy and it was pointed to the #1 cyclinder spark plug.. this must mean that it is correct right? the pin on the d16z6 is offset.. its not exactly in the middle of the cam, if it was 180 out wouldnt it not bolt up?
thanks for the imput once again
