Brakes Upgrade??
Replace front pads with better quality pads. Someone I'm sure will chime in with their preference.
Bleed your fluid well.
Replace rear pads with 2nd cheapest pads possible

you have drum brakes in the back. so upgrade them to disc from an integra. for the front try to get 90-91 civic ex knuckles with brakes. change the proportion valve to a integra one. also you change the master cylinder to a 90-91 civic ex or 90-93 integra. or just go to fastbrakes.com they got some good brake upgrades.

Also OP, swapping to integra rear disks won't actually make you stop faster. It's just aesthetics.
there is so much you can do with honda brakes. mix and match hubs, brackets, rotors and calipers. there is tons of info on this. if i printed out every brake combo anyones ever talked about it laterally would weigh more than a ton.
your stock brakes are not great, theres a lot to be desired, but theres no reason why they cant stop your car safely when they are properly maintained with good pads, clean pistons and fresh fluid.
throwing bigger brakes on is just making your suspension heavier, and spending more money on doing the same thing as i just said above. i mean if you dont use new DA calipers and good pads anyway, then youre actually just throwing junk on.
Hydraulics owns me... Everyone has a Brain Fart now and then, thanks Tyson.

hydraulics owns you.
larger MC just means shorter pedal stroke til the same max pressure. not higher pressure.
its all in the head if you think its more pressure. it may be your preference. but its not making your brakes any better on its own.
a larger MC is only needed when you need to push more fluid, like having a larger caliper piston. or else the pedal stroke would be too long. end of story.

better for cooling and easier to maintain.
just like how drilled/slotted are only better for cooling... and only in a race environment. and they are actually weaker.
drums provide more braking power but heat up rather quickly.
only a low percent of the braking power is directed to the rear anyways...
I hate drums.
