Default brakes

have a 91 crx came stock with rear disc brakes and i did the integra swap in the front with brembo cross/drilled in the front and rear with axxis pads with the brake booster with mc and pro prot valve every since i ahve done it the e-brake does not lock up any more and i bleed the whole system any one got any suggestions

The parking brake is cable-actuated, not hydraulic. The problem is probably that the cables are missing, unhooked, too long, or the ratcheting mechanism inside of the rear calipers are broken.

Yes, hand brake is def. not hydraulic.
