Default Blown out Clutch resovoir? Help!

So ive been realizing lately that my clutch pedal has been dwveloping more and more play in the pedal, and now i must push it to the floorr to even put in gear. I looked at where the pedal meets the cylinder at the firewall and there was a slow leak of greyish fluid that had come out... Now i have to pump my clutch a few times just to be able to drive. Plus it was low on fluid, so i added some but it didnt make much difference. What does this mean i need to fix? Thanks

Just replace the master cylinder and seriously consider doing the same for the slave cylinder. Then bleed the system.
