Default Need help picking engine

I have a 92 Civic Hatchback with an A/T
It has a D15B7 that threw a rod.
I am wondering what other engines will fit up to this transmission.

Thanks
Robert

almost all d15/16 should fit, but depending what you get you may need to do some wiring if you get a vtec motor.

A z6 would be a fairly easy swap considering your chassis is already wired for VTEC. Just add in the VTEC pins to your old engine harness along with a 4 wire o2. The AT sort of kills it though, just saying.

Wow that's a wide selection. Thanks for the info.
