Default 99 si sputtering problem

I know there is probably another thread addressing this issue but i can't find it so here goes, i have a 99 civic si and every time i shut the car off and then start it back up without letting it sit for at least a half hour it sputters really bad, almost to the point of shutting off, but then after a few minutes of driving it goes back to normal. If the car sits for a while before you restart it, it does not have this problem. I'm sure that it is a sensor or something but i have tried everything, new map sensor, new main relay, new fuel filter, fuel injector cleaner, im out of ideas and need some help, any insight would be greatly appreciated thanks!!!

I've been having stuttering issues, mostly at low idle, but also at low RPMs coming off of a stop, cleaned the IACV, fixed both problems.

Do you have any CELs? When was the last time the car had a full tune up?

Also might want to try your dizzy timing... Are you sure that it is timed correctly?
