Default transmission issue

OK so here is the deal i have a b16 tranny with an eClutchmaster stage two clutch and pressure plate both brand new (Off EBAY). The problem i have is that after 6200 RPMS my third gear grinds when im shifting fast but when i clutch in slow and give it like a second for the RPMS to drop it doesn't grind. First thing that came to my mind was the synchros but my mechanic told me he checked them before he put the tranny back in since he was replacing 4th gear on it. He is telling that my clutch is not fully engaging at high RPMS so it is causing it to grind. but is weird because my 3rd was not grinding the 1st week he gave me back the car, but now it is. so i don't know what to do. im not trying to buy a brand new clutch set up and than have my 3rd still grinding on me. any help would be appreciated. thankssss

3rd gear synchro is going out possibly you are shifting faster than you are engaging the clutch.. did you put a short shifter in? a little trick i do is when i am going into 3rd. i point my elbow to the passenger and push up try it works

If the clutch is not disengaging, then you would be grinding on all gears. This sounds like a 3rd gear syncho/sleeve, and/or dog teeth issue. Does it grind if you do a double clutch shift?

thats what i tol him because vie tried taking all my gears past 7RPMS and it doesn't grind except on 3rd but he claims my clutch is not engaging fast enough so it grinds, but that doesn't make sense because in that case all gears would grind past 6200RPMS

It just confirms that the 3rd gear synchros set are bad. Double clutching reduces the amount of stress on the synchro blocking rings. If you can get it into gear with double clutching, then there is something wrong w/ the synchro ring, gear's dog teeth, and or sleeve.
