Default S300, is it better to tune using a wideband or tailpipe?

I'm going to have my car re-tuned and I just bought an S300 (currently using an S200). Since the S300 has wideband hookup capabilities, is it more accurate to tune from it or use the dyno tail pipe sniffer?

If you have a wideband in the header location that will get heated up faster and a bit more responsive. If you have a wideband on the tailpipe and you have a catalytic converter connected they usually subtract about 1 af point, if you don't have a catalytic converter it's pretty similar, the AF response is just delayed slightly.

I believe the s300 has wideband capabilities so you can log while tuning, that or provide o2 feedback for closed loop control.

Onboard wideband will allow you to datalog it and it will be MUCH easier to tune with. Plus, it's always good to have a wideband on the car so you can monitor for changes on the street.

The tailpipe sniffers are fine (the shop I used to work at had mixed results with cats, so beware with them) but the delays is about 300rpms or so. I usually just use those sniffers so I can see my AFR vs boost/rpm on the dyno though, not for tuning.

I don't have a cat.

I bought a Innovative LC1 wide band to hook up to the S300.

Another question:

I have a hytech header and the O2 bung is only reading off of 2 cylinders. Would it be better to install a bung further back so it reads off of all 4 cylinders?

i, personally, would install it after the last collector. this way you get an average AF of 4 cylinders instead of 2.

Where are the best places to ground? I was reading in the manual and other forums that was the biggest issue.
