Default 98 civic Ex unable to locate problem

I have a 98 honda civic, i made an earlier thread but many updates, when it began the car ran fine coil died replaced it, the cap and rotor ran fine for a week then died wouldn't start replaced plug wires, and plugs started and idled you could ease it up to WOT but any more and it would bog down and die, the MAP, O2s, TPS, have all been replaced fuel pump is fairly new sock is clean at this point it is no longer pulling any codes checked timing under base timing at this point ive no idea where to look, i did just learn a previous owner hollowed the cat im wondering if it is possible the exhaust is clogged, every time it does die under throttle when it dies i get a strange noise out of the engine and it back spins. any advice would be much appreciated thank you

no checked them just earlier all in tact and good its really starting to irritate me. it's only giving me the o2 code which has been replaced im amusing its not the problem but a cause there of i seem to find quite a few people with the same problem but no definitive answer the most common answer i seem to find is its a coil problem which was replaced one week before this problem started is it possible the new coil is bad in some way, i'm wondering if the fuel pump is weak problem is the only fuel pressure tester i have access to will not fit through the banjo fitting into the filter my volt meter died so i cant check anything and cant afford to buy another at the moment also has a new fuel pressure regulator, it has an adjustable cam gear advanced 2, retarded 2 and back to 0 no change what so ever and at oper. temp it starts missing at idle ignition and mechanical timing are correct

Test installed fuse 15 with a test light or multimeter. Click the Fuses link in my signature.

checked 15 and others all good, on the adjustable cam gear when set to 0 it has a bad constant miss at idle and throttle response is horrible when advanced out three marks there is no miss at idle a great improvement in throttle response and i can actually drive it without having to feather the accelerator so much however any kind of instant application to the accelerator from say 0 to 40% or greater it instantly bogs and within a couple of seconds dies if you instantly let off the accelerator idle picks back up with no problem anything over 2500 rps instant throttle applies a lot better.
