Assembly lube, especially if it's a used cam.

Are you saying that your are installing a head with the cam installed, or installing a cam in a head?

I bought a rebuilt d15 non VTEC head that came with a cam and rockers. The old head was cracked. The new head came from a Del Sol. My car is a 90 CRX DX with d15. Not sure if the cams are the same so i will put the old cam in the new head. My engine only has 90k miles so i think the old cam should be ok. This will be the first timing belt change also.

And you will do the waterpump and the tensioner pulley at the same time - right?

As to the head, was it off a d15b7, if it was, then I would not bother swapping cams, as they are very close. But, you will have to use the timing belt that belongs to that head.
