Default Mechanic changed timing belt & water pump..

I had my timing belt and water pump changed about a month ago on my 2000 LS integra. Paid a local mechanic to do it. dropped it off on a monday picked it up the next day. Something never really sounded right from it or seemed like how it was before. Within about 5 miles the check engine light went off. Read system to rich bank 1. believe the code was p072. cleared the code since and has not come back on. At idle the rpm's will bounce +/- 200 rpm's and will act like its running on 3 cylinders. slight shaking in the cabin is the best way to describe it.

Driving around i dont really have any troubles, maybe some loss of power?
Also if you go behind the car and listen to the exhaust it sounds like its running on 3 cylinders and not firing right.. Now i took it back and said it doesnt sound right and he assured me that he double and triple checked the timing before he threw the belt on... I checked TDC by taking out the number 1 spark plug and put a really long screwdriver down on the piston, rotated the crank until the screwdriver was at its peak..and this is what i came up with..timing lines off

Thoughts,opinions?

Can you see the TDC indicator near the crank pulley? I think that's probably a more reliable way to find TDC.

TDC the cam sprockets will always be tilted slightly to the front of the car, slightly to the left of the direction you took those pics once the cams line up, check the mark on the crank side to make sure its at TDC, then you will know if its correct.

I'm guessing it's a tooth off as well. If I imagine the gears rotating into the correct positions I don't think they'll line up correctly.

Im definatly with you guys on this one. I have a feeling the exhaust cam gear rotated 1 tooth clockwise when he took the belt off.
