Weird Sound from Engine?

Weird Sound from Engine?
I have a 2001 Prelude. I think my motor is making a weird sound, but I can't describe it. Please see the clip in the attachment. I recently replaced the water pump since the car was idling between 1,000 to 2,000 rpm. That seems to fix the idling problem, but now the weird sound is a bit louder than before. The shop that I took it to said the timing belt needs to be replaced, but I replaced it at around 120,000 miles. The car has around 160,000 miles now. Does anyone have any ideas what's causing this sound or am I just being paranoid?

Water pump should be always newd when youre doing timing belt job. And also seals, gaskets (vc, cams etc) + other belts
Did you replaced tensioners as well when you did timing belt job? Did you use oem belt and did you new other belts? What year was that?

Yeah, I replaced the t-belt tensioner pulley roller and brackets when I got the water pump replaced recently. I did the timing belt around four years ago.
