ok so iv got a 1998 teggy and i just rebuilt the motor and did a full wire tuck and bay shave. we tried to start it up the other night and it would turn over but wouldnt fire. it seemed like it wanted to start acouple of times but never anything promising also its an b20vtec. its getting fuel and spark so any suggestions would be great

 

Check timing, then check again.

 

i checked it twice and even put a spark tester to see if the spark was on time and it was. im wondering if i dont have a vaccume line hooked up right cause im running 80 psi of fuel pressure when i should only be running about 50. so it could be fouliong out the plugs right away so they wont spark ?also im running a hondata ecu that i just bought which (im going out on a limb here) runs closed loop and my car runs open loop so that might affect it too?
