"Will not start" is vauge in the automotive repair world.

When you turn the key, what happens and what doesn't happen, exactly? Do the lights on the gauge cluster illuminate? Does the engine rotate but not start? Does the engine not rotate? Do you hear any noises at all? Any clicking, grinding or other? Is the low fuel light on? Is this your car or are you on a mobile device trying to steal someones car?

Other than that it runs fine? White smoke is burning coolant, but are you sure its not actually blue?

Its possible your valve seals are going bad. When an engine with bad valve seals sits over night, oil leaks past the seals and onto the top of the valve. The valves that are open, the oil leaks into the cylinder. The valves that are closed, the oil sits on top of the valve and then leaks in when the engine is started.

Are you getting any smoking during deceleration?

Or, blown head gasket. Very small leaks can slowly leak down into the cylinders overnight and only present a symptom when first starting the vehicle.

It only does it when I first start it. How do I tell if coolant is in my oil?

Head gaskets can fail in different ways. They can fail between cylinders which would have no symptom besides misfires. They can leak into coolant passages which would cause potential overheating and misfires + coolant loss. They can leak into oil passages which would cause misfires and possibly oil consumption. They can leak into coolant and oil passages which could cause coolant to leak into the oil supply or vice versa, but this is less common. Most common is a breech between cylinders or a breech from a cylinder into a coolant passage. Oil galleys are smaller and fewer than coolant passages.
