Honda Accord 2013 won't start :(
Hello. This car was just bought a few weeks ago.
Here is what happens when I try to start it..
All the lights work...
Can anyone give me a sense of what's wrong?

Did you get a warranty with the car? If it's not just a dead battery I would call them and have it towed at their expense and have them fix it. Was it purchased at Honda or a used car lot?

Can it be a dead battery even though I don't see anything unusual with how the lights are working?

It can't hurt to try to jump start it. Kinda looks like a dead battery to me. If it doesn't start with a jump call the dealer and explain your situation.

Anyone else have similar experiences with 2013 Accords? There was another thread that said it might be the battery (400VA) and possibly a software problem/update. I'm having similar issues.

An update, the Honda dealership refused to cover anything under warranty. Had to get the full-price battery.
Don't know if Honda is dipping a bit in reliability but my older Hondas seem to be more trouble-free than the newer ones.

Honda factory batteries have a 3 year 36k mile warranty from date of purchase. If you're out of warranty you're out of luck. The replacement batteries have a 3 year 100% replacement and are prorated out to 100 months. It would be smart to hold onto your receipt in case you end up needing a battery and aren't near the original dealer.
As far as reliability goes, think about how much more technology is stuffed into the newer cars. The strain of all the electronics and gadgets demanded by the modern consumer can be hard on the battery. Most people don't realize how quickly automotive technology is advancing and it's only going to get worse.
