hey what are the best wires to put killswitches on?

i am wiring up a series of kill-switches on my ride. i have several already, but i want to tap into every single switchable wire that would immobilize the car (yes this is extensive project, yes i'm serious.)

fuel pump - yellow wire w/green stripe
injector pwr wire - ?
ignition wire - ?
starter relay trip wire (small gauge, activates relay for starter spinning) - ?
others - ?

it would also be nice to hear where the wires can be found (which harness etc)

inb4 - you are a dumbass
inb4 - there is no crime where you live like where i live
inb4 - you don't need 9 killswitches

killswitches would be handy for example.... going interisland for a few days and leaving the car in an airport parking lot. going somewhere for vacation, leaving car parked for week+

fuel pump power
injector power
ignition power
clutch-depress completes a circuit which must be closed for ignition on MT
ECU fuse circuit
locking hood w/security features under hood

most could be two-phase switches (ie - another action to enable switch as well. example: need parking lights on AND switch flipped. or... key held in start position AND blower fan on re-circulate..)

 

and if anyone knows.... will chopping switches in affect the the resistance of the circuits enough to damage any electronics?
