Take a look at my data log
Having boost problems or maybe it's my tune?. 1st only goes to 8psi, 2nd goes to 12psi then 3rd-4th goes to 15.7psi. Check all my vband clamps but couldn't find any loose. Need ways to get boost to jump to 15psi in all gears.

first things i see is...
your not building a whole lot of boost off the line, in fact it looks like you're just starting to build boost when you launch. maybe give it some time to build boost at the line.
also you shifting quite slow whilst completely lifting. boost falls on it's face badly and needs to pick up all over again. learn to shift fast and install FTS so your boost picks up where it was the gear before.
that combined with building proper boost at the line should help alot, that's just driving. i don't know how much you can find in the tune?

. I'm going to go buy a cruise control switch so I can hook up the full throttle shift and get that set up.I was going to let it build about 10psi of boost but I didn't wanna blow the tires off but still did anyway. The way it pulls from a roll/3-4 gear is very nice with the s366. Maybe it's me but if I roll into the throttle in second it will go to 15psi? weird?????

its because of the lack of traction. if the tires are spinning it is not going to make full boost. there isnt enough load on the engine. the same theory is when sitting still and reving the engine does it get 15psi? no, cause there isnt enough load. so when your car finally hooks up fully in third gear it produces enough load to spin the turbo to the rpms it needs to make full boost.

Yeah there isn't much spin. That's not why boost isn't there in 1st and second. Have you checked for any boost leaks. Could be from just not leaving on boost in first and letting completely out on the 1-2 shift. It loses all boost between the 1-2 shift and drops quite a bit of rpm out of boost range

It's just werid that if I roll into the throttle in second it will full spool?
