Default 97 DX hatchback all stock misfire

So I bought this civic hatchback off a friend of a friend he said it had a misfire and didn't know what it was I checked it out didn't look to bad plus it is just a y7 so the engine isn't that big of a concern... But instead of me pulling it out and throwing another one in I was gonna try fixing this one up first.

First thing I did was new plugs and wires because the wire to cylinder 3 wasn't producing any spark at all and I had a good set of wires around

Gapped all the plugs to .040 which I believe is the stock size I found it on here

Started it up still missing from cylinder 3 it was sitting for a while so I just figured maybe bad gas went and threw some 93 in it plus it was just low

Next I tried putting some seafoam in the vaccum ports to possibly clean out a bad injector and also threw some in the gas only thing it did was make a nice cloud behind my car haha

Car is getting spark to all 4 cylinders plugs are new clean gas in it I have no other clue what it could be any ideas?

Replace the dizzy or check the rotor button for rust...

Are all 4 injectors pulsing fuel?

Have you compression tested the cylinders?

Haven't compression tested the cylinders and im not sure to be honest if the injectors are pulsing fuel I don't know how to check that exactly im guessing ohms meter?

Or probe it with a test light...

Remove the injectors with the fuel rail and watch whether all four injectors spray fuel while you crank the engine.

Injectors are fine compression was around 170ish except cylinder 3 where the misfire is it was at about 50? I'm gonna check out the valves sometime soon

Do a leak down test to know exactly where you're losing compression...
