95SE is wrong, that blue wire is for a tachometer that can be plugged up to help with things like idle adjustment. The only wire you have if any is the one for the VTEC solenoid which is a green/yellow single wire plug that is near your pass shock tower and will be plugged into a dummy plug. The other one you need you'll have to add but ONLY to the engine harness, the main harness leading to the ECU will already have it. The big plug on your engine harness will have a blank spot, this pic shows it, the plug next to the ABS.

This shows where to find the grn/yel wire for the solenoid...

Helps if your motor comes with a harness, I just took the plug for the oil pressure switch from it, 2 wires, black is just grounded to whatever.

ok so what r u saying is, i have to take the plug ur pointing at, plug it into the vtec solenoid, then add the wire into the missing slot on the plug next to the ABS, and run it to the oil pressure switch? thats located right next to where i plug the first plug in???

Yes, on the spool valve body the solenoid will be on the top, easy to figure out since both plugs are different, just ground the black wire for the oil pressure switch wherever.

Are you going to H22a or H23a because your last post says H23a (the blue top beast). If so there is more to do, such as but not limited too h22 injectors, h22 intake manifold, usdm h22/h23a1 fuel rail.... more but nit an exprt on it, something with the dizzy too.

The swap from H23a1 to H22a or h23a is EXACTLY the same. The H23A will benefit more from a good tune though, in my opinion.
