Take a look at these pics (*Turbo Guys & Girls*)
I have been gathering all my parts for my turbo setup and I am now upon completion.
Take a look at these and let me know what I am leaving out.
Keep in mind, my goals:
Anywhere between ~230-260HP (That number changes everytime I write it lol, but u get the point)
I will NOT boost over 10lbs until I upgrade the turbo
Daily Driving
Reliability
So here are pics.

Full pic of everything
[IMG]
[/IMG]A Godspeed (in other words Ebay) T3/t4 Turbo
Log Manifold (should allow p.s. and a/c)
Off brand wastegate (with I beleive 10lbs spring)
Intercooler with piping and HKS knock off BOV
Oil Feed and Return line kits

AEM UEGO Wideband Kit (with Air/Fuel ratio gauge)
Autometer Vacuum/Boost Gauge
Walbro 255 fuel pump kit
380cc dsm grey top fuel injectors with honda resistor box (not sure if Im gonna use this yet)
Blox oil adaptor (for feed line)
GoodYear Timing belt
Oil pan gasket (below the goodyear box)
Thermostat (180 degrees stock replacement)
The white box has 2 15mm hub adaptor wheel spacers (which are forsale btw)
And above that is a little box with JDM fender marker lights (yet to install)
The brown box back there has my down pipe, and gaskets to every metal to metal contact.
Stuff that I NEED but yet to get:
fuel pressure regulator
Intercooler piping to fabricate the one I have
Stuff that I COULD use but yet to get:
vacuum manifold or I might just go with T fittings to vacuum lines
turbo timer at some point
motor mounts
Okay... So now after reading all this.... What am I missing?....

i think your gonna be a little close with those 380s,might want to at LEAST try and get some dsm blue top 450s, and also i have the same manifold and the position of the wastegate will cause the boost to "creep" up a little bit from what you acutally want. SO i would set the boost a few pounds lower than what your actually looking for

IIRC, X whp takes roughly 1.5X cc for the injectors, so if you want 300 you should get 450+. Keep in mind that this formula gets you close to maxed on the injector and you want to max out at only 60-80% duty cycle. If 440 has you at 100% duty cycle and 300 whp, 550 would have you at 80% and 660 would have you at 67%. So you should get 550 minimum and possibly 660.
Check the turbo forum to see what people's experiences are. This comes up all the time on that forum.
Stock is 240 cc so it's only good for 160-170 whp.
Unless you plan on hard wiring the resistor box into your engine harness you're going to need the other end to the resistor box.
I appreciate the input guys. I mean Im only looking for a decent setup for a Daily Driver (~230-270 HP I'll take it)... I dont need a race car on the road EVERYDAY. And I want keep it Moderate enough to stay out of trouble.
btw ... I found a set of dsm 450cc that I'll get over this weekend.
The shop that will do my tune, will also do my exhaust. I have have Oil Feed/Return KIT... comes with everything. I have Downpipe with some pre-welded piping till I get full exhaust done at the shop.

just my $.02 from personal experience. i run and have used "ebay" parts so some things to watch out for: test your bov, just hook her up to a vacuum source on your car and blip the throttle a bit to see if it opens. i got a new one in a kit similiar to this and it wouldnt open. the wastegate placement on that manifold, as stated before, sucks. watch your boost levels carefully at high rpm. those no name wastegates can stick or even fail to open so a brand name waste might be a good idea. as this is going to be a daily, you may want to pick up an oil cooler. with it being a bottom mount you may run into radiator clearance issues including a/c fan issues. so possibly some slim fans will do the trick. i wish you luck with the build. let us know what she puts down

if you have not gotten the the fuel pressure reg yet, you can find b&m adjustable flow ones on ebay all day..good company and they work great (i have one). Also yes like stated before i would trust the bov and wastegate if knock off from ebay at all. If they fail it will destroy your engine and youll have a bad day.
I would try to search to for a legit bov and w/g if you can, ask around and camp ebay i was able to swoop up a greddy type rs in box for 100 and a tial wastegate for 50. The deals for LEGIT parts are acutally still out there believe it or not.
