yes, it's true. drilling and welding are required if you don't want it to tear out later on. st makes a 19mm rear anti-roll bar for your car that is completely bolt-on. why did you get the progress one? because it was 22mm?

Are you trying to increase your cornering Gs or only get rid of understeer? I noticed you installed a swaybar, but is that stock suspension???
