k i have a 95 b18c1 motor and the v-tec just recently stop working on me.......
first i thought it might be the solenoid but i check it and it still clicks soooo idk whats the problem.........

Is your check engine light on?
If so, what codes are being thrown?

 

Its showing the Code 21 V-TEC control solenoid.......

 

There is your problem....
Check the wiring between the ecu and the solenoid for continuity.
