obd2 to obd1 conversion no spark

Default obd2 to obd1 conversion no spark

alright so swapped in an h22 into my buddies 96 coupe dx the car starts with the stock ecu obd2 but when I use the jumper harness to obd1 with the p28 I get no spark any ideas?

It is one or the other... so try and eliminate one and then you know what the problem is in your case. Either try another ECU or try your current ECU is a friends Honda... if it works, then you know the harness adapter is the problem. If the ECU does the same thing in another car, or you try a "known good" ECU in your car, and it works... then you know the ECU is the problem.
