what size injectors to use??
i am looking into getting a jrsc. my problem is i am not sure what size injectors to use at 6-9 lbs of boost? also what would be the best brand of injector to use? this car is my daily driver. the motor will be stock iam just gonna upgrade fuel and do the normal bolt on parts. thank you!
and tune it when every thing is put on

well not a whole bunch but i will do what i have to do i no i need them i was looking at some rc injectors at 355 for 4 and a pump and sock for 126. seemed reasonable
Injector sizing should be based on target HP and intended fuel.
I'm using Injector Dynamics 1000cc for 400-450HP on E85. Using 1000s on E85 should be roughly equivalent to 6-700cc injectors on pump gas. I'm trying to avoid going much bigger ...
Because E85 has less potential energy than straight gas, you need to use more fuel to get the same combustion energy, thus the larger injector to get the same HP. The benefit being that E85 provides knock resistance equivalent to 100+ octane gas so you can tune more aggressively.
There are injector sizing calculations on the web from injector manufacturers like this one:

i would like to get 250hp with the jrsc on and tuned. a friend told me 550's but i just think thats an over kill i was thinking 440's http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...ry=413#details
do i get the saturated or peak and hold style? what do the bb6's come factory?

550s sounds right, the calculator on the RC site shows around 600cc for 300bhp, and around 550cc for 275bhp. BHP is crank HP, which is higher than WHP, usually between 10-20% depending on the drivetrain.
You can also adjust the fuel pressure as well, but there is only so much pressure an injector will take.

you could run 2000cc injectors if you wanted. As long as its tuned for them it doesnt really matter unless of course you use poor quality large injectors which will only make idle quality bad.
