Default water boiling from reservoir

Well here it goes again changed the head gasket bout a month ago today was driving and coolant started boiling out the bottle like before well this time for some reason my new fan quit on me which caused it to get hot let it cool down and drove it home didnt boil you guys think I will need another gasket it only did it once

rad cap /thread lol
usually when coolant boils out into the reservoir it's because there isnt enough pressure from the radiator cap to keep the boiling point of the coolant raised.
Its physics ;p
water boils at 100 deg. C at sea level, increase altitude (lower pressure) and water boils at a lower temperature, decrease altitude (increase pressure) and the boiling point goes up.
The rad cap recreates this effect.

If the rad cap doesnt fix it, try using a lower temp thermostat, also if your fan quit, check the fuse and fan relay and use an ohm meter on the fan to see if it is going to kick the bucket, if so, buy a new one.

like i said change the radiator cap, also what are you using? antifreeze/water i hope? or r u using just water?

Its a new fluidyne rad bout 4k miles ago cap it came with looks a little rough now maybe I should get a new cap installed a new fan also and im using 50/50 coolant plus additive
