Default Is this a good turbo setup?

Garrett T3/T04E turbo
DRAG Spearco Intercooler
Maxrev downpipe
Maxrev dumptube
Greddy Type-S BOV
Drag piping for 94+ Integra GSR

all that for 1700 and it was only used for a couple hundred miles.
I know I am still going to need a manifold, fmu, inline pump, and a wastegate. But is that a good setup for my car? I wanna run 12's or 13's, u think it can happen with this?

Yes it is very possible to hit 13's or 12's with that setup. That's a good price too. Dumptube is a wastegate right?

if you want to run 12s don't plan on using that FMU
hondata is getting cheaper and cheaper! go standalone or afc hack.

this is what jeff from import builders had to say about his turbo kit vs. the drag
kit when someone asked about it due to the price of his kit...and what justifies
why his costs the amount that it does..

Greddy Profec B boost controller, Greddy Profec Remote control Button for Steering wheel, Boost gauge, Oil pressure Gauge, Morosso Oil pan, Gauge pod, Earls fittings, RC 550 injectors, 3" Carsound cat, Hondata 2b.
Thats about $2100 or so.Your actually comparing the actual turbo kit itself to a Drag 3? My turbo alone probably costs 2x a drag turbo. The wastegate is literally 2x+ the money, and the intercooler flows for 500+ WHP, unlike the drag which will do not even 2/3 that. The piping alone is $150 more, because we are dealing with 2.5 inch, 3" and 2.75 inch. 1 round of that pipe is $30! Thats 2x the cost of the drag piping, which is way smaller. So lets start adding... my intercooler is about $300 more than a Drag 3, the turbo is about $400 more, the piping is about $150 more, the wastegate is about $300 more, the manifold? THats like $300 more easy. Stainless Steel Equal length?
So we have $1450 more than a Drag for just the turbo part.So take a Drag kit around 3k.
Add $1400
Then add $2100 for all the extra great things, I have and your at $6500 dollars.Don't forget the fuel pump, the one in mine is actually one of the best you can buy, and is about $50 more than the Drag 3. + mine actually comes with all the fittings and tubes you need for the install. The thing you have to look at is how much HP you want to make. There are several limiting factors in most kits.#1 the intercooler can only flow so much air... Mine flows for 500+ WHP. Call turbonetics and ask how much money an intercooler than flows that much air costs...its VERY expensive.
#2 the turbo size dictates how much HP you can go max. Like my turbo maxes out about 600 Wheel Horsepower. The intercooler will only take about 540 WHp effeciently anyway, without getting a bigger one, so its ok.
#3 The Wastegate on the Drag kit won't even take one of my turbo's. You hook up one of my turbo kits with a Drag wastegate, and even at 5 PSI, it can't hold, and will boost creep VERY fast all the way past 20 PSI in a few seconds. You need a $450+ Wastegate for the turbo in my kit.So, that explains the difference in kits, and why you would buy my kit, VS another kit.The main reason is that you want to push 350+ WHP, which it is designed for.If you want 220-275 WHP, my kit will do it at VERY low boost, but most kits you buy commercially with the tiny wastegates, turbo's and intercoolers, will do it from 8-10 PSI.GOod luck guys.
Thanks.
Jeff

Man you don't seem to much of anything about turbos or kits..... either get your *** in the forced induction forums and search all the things you DONT know about, or just forget about getting the turbo kit.... don't buy in unless you KNOW what your getting yourself into!

Your going to have to modify the Dump tube because it will dump exhaust right on your fans. I have the Max rev kit also...its a very good kit for the money. BTW what manifold are you going to be running? What wastegate?
Maxrev mani is like under 500
Waste gate is about 230

Its possible to hit 12's with an fmu setup but just not safe. Like they said hondata is getting cheaper and cheaper.
